At DIRECT, we only deal with DIRECT school contracts. Our teachers always work directly for their schools and are paid directly by them – no daily rates of pay, agency contract or fine print.
There are many factors to consider when moving to a new country. We advise our teachers on cost of living, cultural sensitivities, weather, social life and suitability for families, among other relocation issues.
DIRECT recruits for the UK, mainland EU, North Africa, Middle East, South and Central America, Caribbean and Asia. If we don’t have a school in your specific location of choice, we will endeavour to find one.
With so many established schools around the globe, how can teachers be confident they are choosing a good one? Our schools are carefully selected based on conversations with the Principal, Inspection Reports, reviews and most importantly, feedback from our teachers.
When you register with DIRECT, we find out through a detailed registration call where you want to work and what your preferences and requirements are. We also cater for teachers with families and those who wish to move with friends.
Teachers deal with one DIRECT consultant, from time of their registration to the point where they accept a job. We believe relationships are key and it is this one-on-one approach that puts our teachers at ease and make their time with DIRECT enjoyable.
We have established relationships with our schools. We always enable our new teachers to network with teachers who have previously started work at a school, ahead of their move.
DIRECT recruits for Early Years, Primary and Secondary schools all over England.
We only deal with DIRECT school contracts. Our teachers work directly for their schools – no agency contracts or daily rates of pay.

Start Dates: September and January are the busiest hiring periods. However, there are openings throughout the academic year too.
